Delete your account

Delete your account from inside Creslo

This is the quickest way and takes effect immediately:

1. Sign in at creslo.ai (or open the Creslo app).
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open the Security tab and choose Delete account.
4. Confirm when prompted. Your account is closed straight away.

Ask us to delete it for you

If you cannot sign in, email privacy@creslo.ai from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days, and confirm by email once it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login details
• Your name, email address and profile information
• Your brand profiles, including tone, audience, colours and logos
• All content you created or uploaded — posts, captions, images and ad creatives
• Your scheduled and draft posts
• Images saved in your Vault
• Connected social account tokens (this revokes Creslo’s access to those accounts)
• Push notification tokens for your devices

What we keep, and for how long

We keep a limited amount of information where the law requires it or where we need it to run the business:

• Billing and transaction records — retained for 6 years to meet UK tax and accounting obligations. These are held by Stripe and in our financial records. We never store full card details.
• Records of your deletion request — kept so we can evidence that we honoured it.

Posts that were already published to your own social media accounts stay on those platforms. Deleting your Creslo account does not remove them — you will need to delete those posts from the relevant platform yourself.

Cancelling your subscription

Deleting your account also ends your subscription. If you only want to stop being billed but keep your content, cancel your plan in Settings → Plan & billing instead of deleting your account.
