Getting started

What is Creslo?

Creslo is an AI social media manager. It writes on-brand posts and ad creatives, organises them around your brand, and can schedule and publish them to the social accounts you connect - so you can grow your presence without the daily grind.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The free tier needs no card. You can create a brand, generate posts in Post Studio, and connect your social accounts straight away.

What is included in the free plan?

The free plan gives you one brand and a set number of Post Studio generations each month. You can connect your social accounts, though on the free plan you copy posts across manually. Ad Studio, Image Studio and Reels, Shorts & Video are part of the paid plans.

How does the free trial work?

Paid plans come with a free trial - currently 14 days, or 30 days for our first 100 sign-ups. You can add payment up front, or skip it and decide later; we will remind you before the trial ends. If no payment is added, your account simply moves to the free tier. Nothing is charged without your say-so.

Connecting and posting

Which platforms can I connect?

Creslo supports 10+ of the major networks - LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and 7 more, with more on the way. You will see the current list on your brand profile.

How do I connect my accounts?

Open your brand profile and click Connect next to a platform. You will be taken to that network's own secure sign-in to authorise the connection, then brought back to Creslo. You can disconnect any account at any time from the same place.

Does Creslo post automatically?

Only if you want it to. The scheduler has Auto, Semi and Manual modes, so you choose how hands-on to be - from fully automated posting to reviewing and approving everything yourself.

Will I get to review content before it goes out?

Yes. In Semi and Manual modes you review and approve posts before they publish. We always recommend a quick review of AI-generated content before it goes live.

Content and data

Is the content written by AI? Is it accurate?

Yes, posts and ad copy are generated by AI using your brand profile to stay on tone. AI is a powerful starting point but not infallible, so you should review content for accuracy and fit before publishing - you stay in control of what goes out.

Where is my data stored, and is it safe?

Your data is stored with our hosting provider in the EU/UK (London region), over encrypted connections. We only share what is needed with the providers that run the service. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Billing and support

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel whenever you like; it takes effect at the end of your current billing period and your account moves to the free tier. See our Terms for the details.
