Delete your Instagram or Facebook data
If you filled your brand from Instagram or from your Facebook Page, this is what Creslo keeps and how to remove it. Creslo only ever reads your own account or Page, and never posts with it.
What Creslo keeps
- The brand details you chose to save (for example About the business and Audience). These are your own words from then on.
- The photos you chose to use, in Your photos.
- A short record of the import: your Instagram user id and username, or your Facebook user id and the Page's id and name, and when it happened.
We never keep the access Instagram or Facebook gives us: it is used once for the read and then discarded. Anything you did not save is deleted after an hour.
Remove it from inside Creslo
- Log in at creslo.ai.
- Go to Settings, then Your data.
- Choose Disconnect Instagram (or Disconnect Facebook) and confirm.
The imported photos and the import record are deleted straight away. To change or clear the brand details you saved, edit them on your brand page.
Remove it from Instagram
In Instagram, go to Settings, then Apps and websites, and remove Creslo. Instagram tells us, and we delete the imported photos and the import record. You get a confirmation code you can check on this page.
Remove it from Facebook
In Facebook, go to Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites, and remove Creslo. Facebook tells us, and we delete the photos brought in from your Page and the import record. You get a confirmation code you can check on this page.
Ask us
Email privacy@creslo.ai from the address on your account and we will delete it within 30 days. To delete your whole account, see Delete your account.
